Our mold inspection will be the most comprehensive inspection available. Guardian Mold Prevent Corp. will inspect for all possible water intrusion points and/or ventilation issues that may exist. All "Red Flag Areas" will be thoroughly inspected for visible microbial growth and client will be interviewed as to attain all pertinent information regarding possible microbial growth. Once inspection is complete, Guardian Mold Prevent Corp. will provide customer with a comprehensive report that will outline all suspect areas.
